Restaurant & Cafe
Restaurant & Cafe: floor plan and table layout, server ordering, kitchen display (KDS), checks/POS, recipe-driven stock.
Challenges
- Orders are on paper; between kitchen and floor they get lost or go out wrong.
- The real cost of a dish is unknown — there is no link between the recipe and stock.
- Waste and losses go unrecorded; stock does not reconcile at month end.
- Dine-in, delivery and take-away sales sit in different places; daily turnover cannot be totalled.
Workflows
From order to bill
- A table is opened and a check is created.
- Items are added and the recipe-driven stock movement is posted.
- When the bill is requested, payment is taken (cash/card/split).
- At day end, the shift is closed and the cash drawer is reconciled.
Recipe and cost
- The product recipe is defined (ingredient + quantity).
- As purchase prices change, the portion cost is updated.
- The menu price is compared with the cost and the margin is reported.

Can I see all my branches in one place?
Yes — turnover per branch and a consolidated report are available.
Can I record waste and shrinkage?
