Workflows
From harvest purchase to raw material stock
- The harvest from the grower is recorded on a producer receipt and posted to the account and to cost.
- After weighbridge weighing and sorting, the net accepted quantity and the waste are posted separately.
- The accepted raw material receives a lot number together with its Brix and quality analysis.
From process to packaged finished goods
- A canning or freezing production order is opened from the recipe and the raw material lot is drawn into it.
- At the end of the process, the finished goods are booked into stock by jar, can or pack.
- Each finished batch is linked to the delivery note with its expiry-date and lot label.
