How Deevir works here
The base currency is the Euro (EUR); invoices, cash and bank accounts in foreign currencies live in the same system and reports are converted to the base currency.
MwSt. at 19% is the default rate on sales and purchase documents; reduced rates and exemptions are set per product and tax summaries are prepared automatically.
Invoices are issued as sequentially numbered documents with all mandatory fields. A live connection to the national e-invoicing network is on the roadmap; until then documents are sent as PDF.
Dates are shown as 31.12.2026 and amounts as 1.234.567,89 €. The interface is available in 23 languages; inventory, accounts, purchasing, production, cash & bank and reporting come in one package.
